Nothing is more important to RIFCI than the health and safety of our customers, and that of our colleagues. Further to the Government’s announcement, we are taking the current situation - and the welfare of our team, our customers, and everyone involved incredibly seriously. We’d like to ensure you that we are adhering to the issued rules of the UK Government.

Business Operations RIFCI is a retailer. Government has made clear that retailers are still permitted to take online orders and deliver items to their customers’ homes. We will therefore continue to carry on ensuring the appropriate and necessary adjustments are put in place to keep our customers and team safe. In our retail stores we have put below in place

Social Distancing:

We have implemented social distancing protocols in our store, with clear signs and floor decals. We have redesigned the layout of our store to allow for more space between people.

Personal Protection:

We have increased personal protection for employees and customers. Hand sanitiser stations are available on the shop floor and back of house for employees. Perspex screens will be worn by our employees on the face. Customers are encouraged to sanitize their hands and follow the evolving guidelines and policy of the UK Government.

In-Store Cleaning:

We have increased significantly the frequency and rigour of our cleaning policy in our store : giving particular attention to high frequency touchpoints such as tills, items of furniture and employee areas back of house. A deep clean will be carried out of our store periodically. We have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the day. Sanitising spray has been made available for employees to sterilise soft furnishing which cannot be wiped down.


Policy about Collecting Goods in Store :

We do offer a Collect in Store option in our store.This service will be limited whilst we work to ensure it is as safe as possible for both our customers and employees.

Our Covid 19 policy about deliveries nationwide :

All UK Shipping deliveries are currently estimated to take between 7 - 10 working days. Our third party pallet courier is operating a contact-free system in line with Government guidelines and your items along with pallet and packaging will be delivered to your doorstep or nearest access point only. Our policy regarding delivery and fitting at your home :

Our delivery and fitting service is an integral part of our service.But due to Covid 19 we will need to take extra precaution for safety of our team and customers. For deliveries requiring a 2 person team, our drivers will maintain social distancing, and will wear protective facemasks when bringing the item to your doorstep.

If delivery inside the house or fitting is requested, and someone in your house has Covid 19 symptoms or going through quarantine / treatment,we will not be entering the house. Otherwise, once the item has been brought inside and the area shown where the item is to be fitted, please ensure nobody else is present in that area. Please ensure any paperwork requiring your signature and comments is exchanged between yourself and our team by maintaining Social distancing

We are always here to help you, but due to covid situation, we will be working on reduced personnel. Although you can contact us by a phone call, but we request you to contact via email at [email protected] and one of our colleagues will be in touch as soon as possible.

Our policy about returning your Online / In- Store products :

We are now operating a contact-free collection service for any items you wish to return. Please bear in mind that you’ll need to place the item on your doorstep so we can safely pick it up without entering your home. Our standard Returns and Refunds policy applies on all orders. Proof of purchase must be available and all items must be in its original packaging. When your item reaches our distribution centre, your refund will be processed. Once we’ve received your item, you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days.
