Self Collection:

Store pickup is available from our Gravesend Store, using East Mill DA11 0DQ Monday - Friday 10am-5pm. Please wear face mask and call on 01474535463 when you are near the shutters.

 

Local Delivery:

We treat areas covering 30 miles radius from postcode DA11 0DQ (using google maps) as Local Delivery. You will be given an approximate delivery day within 2 days of placing the order via Email. We will send a text message / WhatsApp message to inform you about the exact delivery date at least 7 days beforehand. You can then request a 2 hour delivery window on that day by reply to that message. Our Delivery Team will do their best to meet your request but in case of a considerable delay or they cannot get to you, due to road works, traffic, vehicle breakdown etc., our Driver will get in touch with you.

 

UK-Wide Shipping:

If you live beyond 30 miles radius,we also have nationwide delivery service. Cost is quoted on the product page you purchased. If you buy multiple products at the same time, a special price can be quoted to you upon request. To ensure safe transportation and delivery of your goods, the delivery option is via pallet service. Our Delivery Team will deliver your items to the closest point of entry available, all we ask is that you ensure there is sufficient space for a pallet to reach your desired location. All packaging including the pallet will be left with the customer. Pallets can be recycled locally, or make great benches, herb gardens or pet beds!

Fitting Service:

We also offer fitting service for a completely stress-free experience. Please check the product page you purchase for the cost of this service. This service is not available to the customers living outside the 30 miles radius area at the moment.

Requesting to Reschedule Delivery:

To ensure your new items reach you successfully, our Delivery Team is unable to leave any items unattended. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your new items so ask that they are checked and signed for upon delivery.

If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible on preferably no less than 2 working days prior to the original delivery date via our text message / WhatsApp message on number 07311 819395 so that another date can be booked. Please be aware that fees may apply for redelivery, cancellations or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Time Of Delivery

Please be advised that delivery times are only an estimate and although every effort is made to keep to these times, events out of our control can sometimes occur and cause delays. If a delay occurs that will significantly affect your estimated delivery time slot a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.
